I’ve been in Real Estate for almost two decades — selling, renting, developing residential properties for clients from all over the world. With time, I understood something about the way I work: I can walk into a property — even before we purchase it or begin developing it — and already sense who its future owner will be. Their nationality, their lifestyle, the kind of interiors they will vibe with, and the feeling they need to truly call a place home.

I don’t guess — I feel the space, and it tells me exactly who it’s meant to welcome and what that space deserves.

I’ve done this for more than half my life. I’ve watched markets shift, trends fade, people evolve. I’ve disrupted when something needed a shake, always seeing where things were going before others did. And yes — I’ve tried to walk away from real estate more times than I can count.

But every single time, something brought me back.

A client. A project. My intuition whispering, “Not yet.”
Real Estate kept pulling me home.

Eventually, I had to pause and ask myself:

What do I want?
Where am I going?
Where is this industry going?
What do people actually feel when they enter a space — and what do they need from it today?

Because I’ve always believed that what you leave behind matters more than what you hold onto. I live for the moment, I build experiences, I cherish connection — because life is short, and it takes courage and consistency to live the life you imagine for yourself. But your legacy is shaped by what you create, by what you give, by what you leave for others to feel.

And that’s when I understood the core of everything:

I love people. I love being around them — their energy fuels me. And I love showing that Real Estate stopped being about photos and basic descriptions a long time ago. A home needs to be seen, touched, felt.
